- Premium equipment (Sony A7S III, Ronin gimbal)
- Raw files delivered to Google Drive
Investment & Terms:
Total Investment: $2,400 CAD
Duration: 3 days, 8 hours per day
Payment: 100% payment required upfront
Cancellation: 7-day notice required for partial refund

- • Payment: 100% payment due upon signing this agreement.
- • Cancellation: 7-day notice required. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of event.
- • Weather: Indoor backup plans recommended. Outdoor events subject to weather conditions.
- • Delivery: Raw footage delivered via Google Drive within 7 business days of event completion.
- • Usage: Client receives full usage rights to raw footage. CYA retains right to use footage for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes while maintaining strict confidentiality of any proprietary or private information captured.
- • Liability: Service limited to equipment value. Client responsible for venue permissions and insurance.
